Context
Cleo is an app created by Biogen Digital Health aiming to be a digital companion for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord). The app had already been available for 2 years when I started working on it. Therefore, we were focused on improving it and adding new features.

User feedback made us to rethink the reading experience of the articles. For some of them, holding a phone can be difficult (they often prefer to place it on table to use them). As a result, I worked on an audio player to address this issue.

With the aim of bringing together everything related to users' health in one place, I worked on a medical appointment feature designed for people living with the disease. It is also possible to create contact cards to save time.

We later decided to update them for a more playful and joyful approach in order to fit feedbacks from user tests and to represent less human figures.
